Burner began in 2018 when I first moved to London, determined to start a new band. After three years of development, we debuted with our first single Ingsoc in 2021, followed by signing to Church Road Records, the UK's flagship independent record label for extreme music.

Since then, we've released the critically acclaimed EP A Vision of The End in 2022 and, in 2023, our debut album It All Returns To Nothing. Our album was featured in Metal Hammer's "50 Best Albums of 2023" and "10 Best Death Metal Albums of 2023", and appeared on several other year-end lists.

Under our belt are two full UK tours supporting metal heavyweights Sylosis and Employed To Serve, multiple headline tours across the UK and Ireland and festival appearances at Bloodstock, ArcTanGent, 2000 Trees and Incineration.

We've been featured on Daniel P Carter’s “New Music You Need to Hear Now”, had radio play on on BBC Radio 1's Rock Show and were featured by Trivium's Matt Heafy on SiriusXM Liquid Metal's Chaos Hour. Published coverage includes Kerrang!, Metal Hammer and BrooklynVegan amongst others.
